Cordera was founded in 2008 by sisters Mónica and María. Focused on exceptional materials, meticulous craftsmanship, and timeless designs, the brand embraces an aesthetic that transcends fleeting trends, with a commitment to ethical production. Each piece is crafted using the finest locally sourced materials and ancestral techniques, ensuring uncompromising quality.
Based in Galicia, Cordera’s production is carried out almost entirely in Spain, working with a trusted network of workshops that share our values and expertise. From longstanding, family-run ateliers to larger, highly specialized partners, we collaborate closely with each one to ensure excellence, transparency, and a production process rooted in respect. We also partner with a women-led workshop in Guatemala, where each embroidery is handcrafted, preserving artisanal heritage and strengthening our global commitment to craftsmanship.
